SHIPPING POLICY
With the ongoing Coronavirus concerns we are doing everything possible to fulfill online orders as quickly as possible however, due to high demand, there may be some delays in getting shipments out. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your continued support of Purefect Pets.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed upon receipt. We strive to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 1-4 business days after processing for delivery (based on distance). All orders received after 3:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.
If a package is returned to Purefect Pets due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re delivery cost.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to your address by the USPS after they leave our warehouse.
ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 12 PM PST on a Saturday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund (as defined below) within 15 days of purchase. Depending upon your financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for your refund to fully process. A refund will be issued back to the original form of payment used to place the order upon return of unopened product.
LIMITATIONS
Refunds will only be granted to customers who made their purchase on purefectpets.com.
No more than one return in a twelve month period.
A maximum of $150 may be refunded for a single order.
SHIPPING
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; any refund will be product costs only.
The returned product will be shipped back to Purefect Pets at purchaser’s expense once you have contacted Customer Care (below).
To request a refund, please contact us via one of the options below with your Return & order number in the subject line and your name and reason for refund request, along with the details of what you are requesting to return in email body field.
